rates

Rates vary depending on number of guests and time of year; specials are often offered in the fall, winter, and spring. (Click here for current specials.)

Standard rates are:

• These rates include up to 6 people (each additional is $15/night) and are for 2-night minimums (3 nights during holiday weekends). For stays of 3 nights or more, the weeknight (Sun.-Thurs.) rate is charged, except holiday weekends.

• One-night stays, when available, have a $50 surcharge added to the rates above.

• For couples using just 1 bedroom, the rate is $25 less per night.

• For stays of 7 nights or more, the 7th night is free.

rental policies

A contract will be sent after you request a specific reservation. The contract provides details on all rental policies. A few important policies to know before requesting a reservation:

• We do not allow pets or smoking at the Harmony Retreat.

• Guests are expected to observe quiet hours from 10 pm until 7 am; no parties and no loud music/conversations outside on the deck during these hours.

• Boats may be launched from the community boat access dock but may not be tied up to the dock overnight. There is no moorage but plenty of space for parking boats in the driveway.

• Entrance to the house is up a flight of stairs, thus, the home is not wheelchair accessible.

reservation & payment procedures

To reserve available dates, please call us at 206.619.6008 or use the form on the contact page by clicking here. We will then send you a contract and invoice via email. Payment may be made by check if it is sent at least 30 days or more before arrival date; otherwise payment is via Paypal using a credit card or Paypal account (however, a Paypal membership is not required). A deposit will be required to hold the dates; the balance of the rental payment is due 30 days before arrival. Deposits are refunded within one week of departure if there is no damage or extra cleaning required.
