The Harmony Retreat is conveniently located just off US Hwy 12/White Pass Scenic Byway and 22 miles east of I-5's exit 68, two miles north of the town of Mossyrock, Washington. It's on the east end of beautiful Mayfield Lake in a quiet, safe, upscale lakeside neighborhood. The west-facing home has lake views from most of the rooms and from the covered deck. In the evening, watch the sun set over the glistening lake, and at night, gaze at the stars shining brightly in the night sky, unobstructed by city lights.

Custom-built by its original owners, much care went into the home's construction and its surrounding gardens. Unique architectural features provide a sense of character and class that make this home much more than a "cabin" or a "house" -- and so we call it simply the "Harmony Retreat."

After purchasing it in 2008, we added unique amenities of comfort and style, including high thread count sheets and memory foam topper on the master bed, a 32" flat screen HD TV with cable and DVD, and secure Wi-Fi. The home and decor is uncluttered yet beautiful, in a Zen simplicity way. With a bedroom on each level, two bathrooms, a small loft sleeping area and convertible sofabed in the Great Room, the home easily accommodates families, couples, and small groups. The large covered outdoor deck has quickly become a favorite relaxing spot for guests, where they can grill on the gas bbq, rest on the hammock, read, have a glass of wine, and relax while enjoying views of the lake across the street, the garden area, and the scenic foothills nearby. The firepit on the patio is the ideal place to gather in the evening to roast marshmallows and enjoy an open-air experience.

Since opening for guests in 2009, Harmony Retreat has hosted couples celebrating anniversaries, young families considering relocation to this unique rural area, active kayakers and fishing enthusiasts, bachelorette parties, spiritual retreats, and multigenerational family gatherings.
